30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused
• Item must be in its original condition
• Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

How to Return

1. Email us at support@avajo.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@avajo.com with photos of the item.

We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
